Policy for Use of Campus by "Others"
VVCF is a House of Worship where the Members of the Body of Jesus Christ are encouraged to assemble together for worship, fellowship, edification and instruction - to which the neighbors and the public are called [and encouraged] to participate. VVCF has been entrusted with a beautiful campus which it is willing to share with like-minded Believers, incuding to those who do not have access to a formal facility where festive occasions, such as weddings, anniversaries, birthdays, funerals, special events [conferences] and other approved events can be celebrated. [A usage fee will be charged to non-member sponsored events].
Though VVCF endorses joyful uses of it's facilities, it does not promote drunkenness, lewd behavior and activities that are contrary to the beliefs of this organization. Those who contractually seek to use our facilities agree to abide in a manner that is respectful to the church and its congregation.
An appropriate deposit will be charged to book the event and will not be refundable if the event is cancelled.
